β€œThe administration is struggling to deal with this heavy snowfall. We can do our bit by avoiding all but the most essential travel. It’s impossible to clear roads if cars are going to be stuck everywhere,” Mr Abdullah wrote on micro-blogging site twitter.
β€œAnd please let’s not go sightseeing in vehicles that don’t have 4×4 or chains. I’ve just been around parts of Srinagar & it’s shocking to see cars that are unable to cope with the conditions being used for joyrides,” he added.
