β€œAs a result of poor utility services, the people of the hilly areas especially Gulabgarh constituency have been braving the brunt of erratic power supply and scarcity of drinking water during the ongoing winter season”, Malik said while addressing National Conference workers at Mahore in Reasi district.

He called for ensuring quality rations and replenishing of the stocks in the far off areas. β€œThe people are craving for basic amenities and the administration should take care of their needs”, he added.
