Srinagar: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Wednesday tweeted in a lighter vein wishing happy Independence Day to all but at the same time asked authorities when they are mulling to restore internet and mobile phone connections.

Pertinently, authorities suspended mobile phone services temporarily across Kashmir Valley as a precautionary measure, reports said.
Cell phone and mobile Internet services were snapped on Wednesday morning in wake of the Aug 15 celebrations. However, service was restored soon after the culmination of official functions.
