Srinagar: Police has taken ‘cognizance of the propaganda material circulated’ by a responsible portal involving a proscribed militant organisation HM wherein a member of the outfit has circulated certain material, Police said.
The individual has been identified as Abdul Manan Wani, affiliated with a proscribed militant outfit HM.
Legal proceedings under relevant provisions have been initiated by the Police.
